Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United
States of America in Congress assembled, That Congress disapproves the
rule submitted by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration
relating to ``Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards; Fuel System
Integrity of Hydrogen Vehicles; Compressed Hydrogen Storage System
Integrity; Incorporation by Reference'' (90 Fed. Reg. 6218 (January 17,
2025)), and such rule shall have no force or effect.
