amendment authorizes the transfer of 15,500 additional JDAM
tail kits and an additional 615 SDBs to the Israeli Ministry of

Providing for congressional disapproval of the proposed license
amendment for the export to Israel of certain defense articles and
services.
Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United
States of America in Congress assembled, That the issuance of a license
amendment to export with respect to the following proposed export to
Israel is prohibited:
(1) The export of the following defense articles and
defense services described in Transmittal No. DDTC 24-052,
which was submitted to Congress pursuant to
