To amend the Mineral Leasing Act to eliminate an administrative fee,
and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.
This Act may be cited as the ``Restoring State Mineral Revenues
Act''.
SEC. 2.
ACT.
(a) In General.--

Section 35 of the Mineral Leasing Act (30 U.
191) is amended--
(1) in subsection
(a) , in the first sentence, by striking
``and, subject to the provisions of subsection
