<p><strong>Protecting Our Supreme Court Justices Act of 2025 </strong></p><p>This bill increases the statutory maximum prison term—from one year to five years—for picketing or parading in or near a building or residence used by a judge, juror, witness, or court officer with the intent of interfering with, obstructing, or impeding the administration of justice, or with the intent of influencing a judge, juror, witness, or court officer, in the discharge of his or her duty.&nbsp;</p>

referred to the Committee on the Judiciary

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.

This Act may be cited as the ``Protecting Our Supreme Court
Justices Act of 2025''.
SEC. 2.
Section 1507 of title 18, United States Code, is amended, in the first undesignated paragraph, by striking ``one year'' and inserting ``5 years''.
