Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.
This Act may be cited as the ``Counter-UAS Authority Extension
Act''.
SEC. 2.
HOMELAND SECURITY AND THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE.
Section 210G
(i) of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 (6 U.
