Mr. Moran (for himself and Mr. Gallego) introduced the following bill;
which was read twice and referred to the Committee on Banking, Housing,
and Urban Affairs

A BILL

To increase the apportionment of formula grants for small transit
intensive cities.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.

This Act may be cited as the ``Small Communities Transit
Improvement Act''.
SEC. 2.
CITIES.
Section 5336 (h) (3) of title 49, United States Code, is amended by striking ``3 percent'' and inserting ``5 percent''.
