certain alternative fuel and clean vehicles to use HOV facilities, and

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.
This Act may be cited as the ``High Occupancy Vehicle Lane
Exemption Reauthorization Act'' or the ``HOV Lane Exemption
Reauthorization Act''.
SEC. 2.
Section 166
(b)
(5)
(A) of title 23, United States Code, is amended,
in the matter preceding clause
(i) , by striking ``September 30, 2025''
and inserting ``September 30, 2026''.
