A BILL

To prescribe a process to allow the Secretary of Transportation to make
funding adjustments with respect to highway safety funding, and for
other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.

This Act may be cited as the ``Safety Funding Parity Adjustment Act
of 2025''.
SEC. 2.

(a)
=== Definitions. === -In this section: (1) Secretary.--The term ``Secretary'' means the Secretary of Transportation. (2) Section 402 funding.--The term ``
