A BILL

To amend Public Law 119-21 to repeal the prohibition on making payments
under the Medicaid program to certain entities.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.

This Act may be cited as the ``Restoring Essential Healthcare
Act''.
SEC. 2.
Section 71113 of Public Law 119-21 is repealed, and, in the case of any items or services furnished as medical assistance under a State plan (or a waiver of such plan) under title XIX of the Social Security Act (42 U.
