A BILL
To codify the Federal Trade Commission's negative option rule.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.
This Act may be cited as the ``Click to Cancel Consumer Protection
Act of 2025''.
SEC. 2.
Part 425 of title 16, Code of Federal Regulations, as in effect on
July 7, 2025, shall have the force and effect of law.
