A BILL

secondary exposure to fentanyl and other potentially lethal substances,
and purchasing such containment devices for use by first responders.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.
This Act may be cited as the ``Protecting First Responders from
Secondary Exposure Act of 2025''.
SEC. 2.
Section 3021
(a) of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act
of 1968 (34 U.

(1) by redesignating paragraphs
