Mr. Cramer (for himself and Ms. Alsobrooks) introduced the following
bill; which was read twice and referred to the Committee on Environment
and Public Works

A BILL

To amend title 23, United States Code, to provide for increased
transferability of Federal-aid highway funds.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.

This Act may be cited as the ``Highway Funding Transferability
Improvement Act''.
SEC. 2.
Section 126 (a) of title 23, United States Code, is amended by striking ``50 percent'' and inserting ``75 percent''.
