A BILL
To exempt articles imported from Israel or Ukraine from duties imposed
under the Executive Order entitled ``Regulating Imports with a
Reciprocal Tariff to Rectify Trade Practices that Contribute to Large
and Persistent Annual United States Goods Trade Deficits''.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.
This Act may be cited as the ``Supporting American Allies Act''.
SEC. 2.
ORDER IMPOSING RECIPROCAL TARIFFS.
The duties imposed under the Executive Order entitled ``Regulating
Imports with a Reciprocal Tariff to Rectify Trade Practices that
Contribute to Large and Persistent Annual United States Goods Trade
Deficits'' shall not apply to any article imported from--
(1) Israel; or
(2) Ukraine.
