IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES

Ms. Murkowski introduced the following bill; which was read twice and
referred to the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources

A BILL

To extend the authority for modifications to the Second Division
Memorial in the District of Columbia.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.
MEMORIAL.

Notwithstanding
section 8903 (e) of title 40, United States Code, the authority provided by

(e) of title 40, United States Code,
the authority provided by
section 352 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018 (Public Law 115-91; 131 Stat.
Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018 (Public Law 115-91; 131 Stat.
1367) shall continue to apply through September 30, 2032.
