October 28, 2025

Mr. Gottheimer (for himself and Mr. Crawford) submitted the following
resolution; which was referred to the Committee on Foreign Affairs

RESOLUTION

Condemning Hamas for assassinating innocent Palestinians.

Whereas, since the implementation of the ceasefire agreement on October 10,
2025, Hamas has carried out a campaign of executions and intimidation
against innocent Palestinians in Gaza as it seeks to suppress dissent
and reassert control over the territory, resulting in the deaths of
scores of civilians; and
Whereas Hamas is designated as a Foreign Terrorist Organization by the United
States: Now, therefore, be it
Resolved, That the House of Representatives--

(1) condemns in the strongest terms the killings and acts
of terror committed by Hamas against innocent Palestinians in
Gaza; and

(2) reaffirms the commitment of the United States to
supporting the implementation of the ceasefire agreement and to
advancing stability and peace for innocent civilians in Gaza.
