A BILL
To prohibit retaliation against any Federal employee who stops, or
attempts to stop, unlawful or unconstitutional actions by Elon Musk
against Federal agencies, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.
This Act may be cited as the ``Stop Musk Act''.
SEC. 2.
UNLAWFUL OR UNCONSTITUTIONAL ACTIONS BY ELON MUSK AGAINST
FEDERAL AGENCIES.
No Federal employee may be retaliated against, including any
retaliation occurring on or after the date of the enactment of this
Act, for resisting, circumventing, or preventing Elon Musk or
individuals he oversees from taking unlawful or unconstitutional
actions relating to Federal agencies.
