A BILL

To codify Executive Order 11246 titled ``Equal Employment
Opportunity''.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.
EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY''.

Executive Order 11246 titled ``Equal Employment Opportunity'',
signed on September 24, 1965 (30 Fed. Reg. 12319; relating to
nondiscrimination in government employment and in employment by
government contractors and subcontractors) shall have the full force
and effect of law.
