AN ACT
To prohibit individuals who are not citizens of the United States from
voting in elections in the District of Columbia and to repeal the Local
Resident Voting Rights Amendment Act of 2022.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.
SEC. 2.
2022.
The Local Resident Voting Rights Amendment Act of 2022 (D.C. Law
24-242) is repealed, and any provision of law amended or repealed by
such Act shall be restored or revived as if such Act had not been
enacted into law.
