A BILL
To prohibit the hiring of individuals who are not citizens of the
United States to administer an election for Federal office in a State
or local jurisdiction, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.
This Act may be cited as the ``No Foreign Persons Administering Our
Elections Act''.
SEC. 2.
FOR AN ELECTION FOR FEDERAL OFFICE.
(a) In General.--A State or local jurisdiction may not hire an
individual who is not a citizen of the United States to administer an
election for Federal office in the State or local jurisdiction.
(b) Effective Date.--This section shall apply with respect to any
election for Federal office held on or after the date of the enactment
of this Act.
