<p><strong>Deliver for Veterans Act</strong></p><p>This bill requires the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to include delivery costs when paying the full purchase price of an automobile or other conveyance for certain disabled veterans or members of the Armed Forces. Currently, the VA must pay the lesser of (1) $26,417.20 (adjusted annually for inflation), or (2) the full purchase price associated with providing an automobile or other conveyance to such individuals (not including delivery costs).</p>

AN ACT
To amend title 38, United States Code, to expand the authority of the

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.
This Act may be cited as the ``Deliver for Veterans Act''.
SEC. 2.
ASSOCIATED WITH THE DELIVERY OF AN ADAPTIVE VEHICLE TO AN
ELIGIBLE PERSON.

Section 3902
(a) of title 38, United States Code, is amended by
striking ``by paying the total purchase price of the automobile or
other conveyance'' and inserting ``by paying the total purchase price

deliver the automobile or other conveyance to the veteran''.
