A BILL
To amend title 54, United States Code, to prohibit the acquisition of
land, water, or an interest in land or water from a private landowner
using amounts made available under the Land and Water Conservation
Fund.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.
(a) In General.--
Section 200305 of title 54, United States Code, is
amended by adding at the end the following:
``
(l) Acquisition Restriction.
