Moore of Wisconsin) introduced the following bill; which was referred
to the Committee on Veterans' Affairs

A BILL

To amend title 38, United States Code, to allow a surviving spouse of a
Medal of Honor recipient to receive a special pension concurrently with
dependency and indemnity compensation, and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.

This Act may be cited as the ``Sergeant Gary Beikirch Medal of
Honor Act''.
SEC. 2.
ALLOW CONCURRENT BENEFITS.
Section 1562 (a) (2) of title 38, United States Code, is amended by striking subparagraph (C) .
