Mr. Kiley of California introduced the following bill; which was
referred to the Committee on Energy and Commerce

A BILL
To amend title XIX of the Social Security Act to prohibit States from
making medical assistance available to certain individuals under the
Medicaid program.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.
This Act may be cited as the ``No Medicaid for Illegal Immigrants
Act of 2025''.
SEC. 2.
CERTAIN INDIVIDUALS UNDER THE MEDICAID PROGRAM.
Section 1902
(a) of the Social Security Act (42 U.
(a) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1396a
(a) ) is
amended--
(1) in paragraph
(86) , by striking ``and'' at the end;
(2) in paragraph
(87) , by striking the period and inserting
``; and''; and
(3) by inserting after paragraph
(87) the following new
paragraph:
``
(88) notwithstanding
section 1903
(v) (4) , provide that no
medical assistance (other than such assistance for which
payment is available pursuant to
