Mr. Fine introduced the following bill; which was referred to the
Committee on House Administration

A BILL

To prohibit the election to Congress of any person holding foreign
citizenship.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.

This Act may be cited as the ``Disqualifying Dual Loyalty Act of
2025''.
SEC. 2.
CITIZENSHIP.

No person, without regard to whether that person is a United States
national, may be elected to the office of Representative or Senator if
that person is a national of any country other than the United States.
