Mr. Carbajal (for himself, Mr. Valadao, Mr. Carter of Louisiana, Mr.
Mast, and Mr. Van Drew) introduced the following bill; which was
referred to the Committee on Energy and Commerce, and in addition to
the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure, for a period to be
subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration
of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee
concerned

A BILL

To amend the Federal Water Pollution Control Act and the Safe Drinking
Water Act to reauthorize certain programs for water infrastructure
resilience and sustainability, and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.

This Act may be cited as the ``Water Infrastructure Resilience and
Sustainability Act''.
SEC. 2.
PROGRAM.
Section 223 (g) (1) of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (33 U.

SEC. 3.
SUSTAINABILITY PROGRAM.

inserting ``2031''.
