Mr. Suozzi introduced the following bill; which was referred to the
Committee on Ways and Means

A BILL
To make opioid treatment programs eligible for grants under
section 2008 of the Social Security Act.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.
This Act may be cited as the ``Opioid Treatment Providers Act''.
SEC. 2.
OPPORTUNITY GRANTS.
