Mr. Van Orden introduced the following bill; which was referred to the
Committee on Oversight and Government Reform

A BILL

To prohibit Federal funding for entities that employ individuals who
condone and celebrate political violence and domestic terrorism, and
for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.
INDIVIDUALS WHO CONDONE AND CELEBRATE POLITICAL VIOLENCE
AND DOMESTIC TERRORISM.

No Federal funds may be obligated, expended, or otherwise disbursed
to any entity that employ individuals who condone and celebrate
political violence and domestic terrorism (as that term is defined in
section 2331 of title 18, United States Code).
