A BILL
To amend title 23, United States Code, with respect to the special rule
for low emission and energy efficient vehicles facilities, and for
other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.
(a) In General.--
Section 166
(b)

Code, is amended by striking ``September 30, 2025'' and inserting
``December 31, 2026''.

(b) Study.--Not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of
this Act, the Secretary of Transportation shall submit to Congress a
report that contains the results of a study on the effectiveness of
electric vehicle exemptions in reducing traffic congestion.
