A BILL

To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to modify the definition
of unauthorized alien.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.

This Act may be cited as the ``Domestic Jobs Protection Act''.
SEC. 2.
Section 274A (h) (3) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.
