introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on
Natural Resources

A BILL

To reserve to Congress the authority to establish or extend a national
monument.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.

This Act may be cited as the ``Ending Presidential Overreach on
Public Lands Act''.
SEC. 2.
Section 320301 of title 54, United States Code (commonly referred to as the ``Antiquities Act''), is amended to read as follows: ``

undertaken only by express authorization of Congress.''.
