A BILL
To amend the Scholarships for Opportunity and Results Act to make
improvements in the program for awarding school choice scholarships to
students in the District of Columbia.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.
This Act may be cited as the ``SOAR Act Improvements Act''.
SEC. 2.
(a) Extension of Grant Duration.--
