A BILL
To codify Executive Order 14331 on fair banking.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.
Executive Order 14331, titled ``Guaranteeing Fair Banking for All
Americans'' (90 Fed. Reg. 38925; published August 12, 2025), shall have
the force and effect of law.
