A BILL

To amend title 28, United States Code, related to vacancies in offices
of United States Attorneys, and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.

This Act may be cited as the ``No Appointments by Rogue Judges
Act''.
SEC. 2.
Section 546 of title 28, United States Code, is amended-- (1) by amending paragraph (2) of subsection (c) to read as follows: `` (2) the expiration of the time limitations in

(1) by amending paragraph
