Mr. Lawler introduced the following bill; which was referred to the
Committee on Foreign Affairs

A BILL

To repeal a prohibition against the use of funds for site acquisition,
development, or construction of any facility in Israel, Jerusalem, or
the West Bank.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.

This Act may be cited as the ``Keeping Official Territories
Eligible for Land-use Act'' or the ``KOTEL Act''.
SEC. 2.
Section 414 of the Omnibus Diplomatic Security and Antiterrorism Act of 1986 (22 U.
Act of 1986 (22 U.S.C. 4862) is repealed.
