A BILL
To provide for the rescheduling of marijuana into schedule III of the
Controlled Substances Act.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.
This Act may be cited as the ``Marijuana 1-to-3 Act of 2025''.
SEC. 2.
Notwithstanding
section 201 and subsections
(a) and
(b) of
