A BILL
To prohibit the use of Federal funds for the HHS Reproductive
Healthcare Access Task Force.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.
This Act may be cited as the ``No Pro-Abortion Task Force Act''.
SEC. 2.
HEALTHCARE ACCESS TASK FORCE.
No Federal funds may be used for--
(1) the HHS Reproductive Healthcare Access Task Force,
announced by the Secretary of Health and Human Services on
January 21, 2022; or
(2) any successor or substantially similar task force.
