Mr. Finstad introduced the following bill; which was referred to the
Committee on Veterans' Affairs

A BILL

To authorize the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to enter into a lease
for a Vet Center in Mankato, Minnesota.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.
LEASE FOR A VET CENTER IN MANKATO, MINNESOTA.

Subject to the availability of appropriations for such purpose, the
Secretary of Veterans Affairs may obligate or expend not more than
$1,400,000 during fiscal years 2025 through 2026 to enter into a lease
for a Vet Center (as defined in
section 1712A of title 38, United States Code) in Mankato, Minnesota.
