Committee on Natural Resources, and in addition to the Committee on
Oversight and Government Reform, for a period to be subsequently
determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such
provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned

A BILL

To transfer administrative jurisdiction of certain Federal land in
Saratoga Springs, Utah, from the Secretary of the Interior to the
United States Postal Service for construction of a post office, and for
other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.
CONSTRUCTION OF POST OFFICE.

(a) Transfer.--

(1) In general.--Administrative jurisdiction of the Federal
land is hereby transferred from the Secretary of the Interior
to the United States Postal Service for use as a United States
Postal facility, consistent with subsection

(b) .

(2) Federal land.--For the purposes of this section, the
term ``Federal land'' means the approximately 20.32 acres of
Federal land in Saratoga Springs, Utah, known as Parcel
#58:022:0021, located approximately west of Mountain View
Corridor and north of SR-73 with access off Wild Blossom
Boulevard.

(b) Construction of Post Office.--Not later than 2 years after the
date of the enactment of this Act, the Postal Service shall construct
and begin operation of a post office on the Federal land transferred to
the Postal Service under subsection
