introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on
Energy and Commerce, and in addition to the Committee on Transportation
and Infrastructure, for a period to be subsequently determined by the
Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall
within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned

A BILL

To amend the Energy Conservation and Production Act to repeal certain
Federal building energy efficiency performance standards, and for other
purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.

This Act may be cited as the ``Reliable Federal infrastructure
Act''.
SEC. 2.
PERFORMANCE STANDARDS.

(a) In General.--

(1) Repeal.--
Section 305 (a) (3) of the Energy Conservation and Production Act (42 U.
