Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.
OFF OF INSTALLATIONS.
Section 103A
(a)
(2) of the Sikes Act (16 U.
(a)
(2) of the Sikes Act (16 U.S.C. 670c-1
(a)
(2) ) is
amended by inserting ``or the operations of the military installation
or State-owned National Guard installation'' after ``current or
anticipated military activities''.
