Mr. Kiley of California introduced the following bill; which was
referred to the Committee on Ways and Means, and in addition to the
Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, for a period to be
subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration
of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee
concerned

A BILL

To provide penalties for certain misconduct by officers and members of
the board of directors of nonprofit entities, and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.

This Act may be cited as the ``No Tax Dollars for Riots''.
SEC. 2.
NONPROFIT ENTITIES.

(a) Limitation on Federal Funding.--No Federal funds may be made
available to an entity that is exempt from taxation under
section 501 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 if an officer of such entity or member of the board of directors of such entity is convicted of an offense under
of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 if an officer of such entity or

section 111 or 2101 of title 18, United States Code, and the conduct giving rise to the offense occurred while such individual was serving as such an officer or board member.

(b) Limitation on Exemption From Taxation.--An entity that is
exempt from taxation under
