Committee, and to require such Committee submit a report on the
extension of statute of limitations for Paycheck Protection Program
loans.

which was referred to the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform,
and in addition to the Committee on Small Business, for a period to be
subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration
of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee
concerned

A BILL

To amend the CARES Act to extend the Pandemic Response Accountability
Committee, and to require such Committee submit a report on the
extension of statute of limitations for Paycheck Protection Program
loans.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.

This Act may be cited as the ``Accountability Doesn't Expire Act''.
SEC. 2.
Section 15010 (k) of the CARES Act (Public Law 116-136; 5 U.

(k) of the CARES Act (Public Law 116-136; 5 U.S.C. 424
note) is amended by striking ``2025'' and inserting ``2030''.
SEC. 3.
PROTECTION PROGRAM LOANS.

Not later than September 30, 2030, the Pandemic Response
Accountability Committee shall submit to Congress a report on the
impact of each extension of the applicable statute of limitations for
loans made under paragraph

(36) or

(37) of
section 7 (a) of the Small Business Act (15 U.

(a) of the Small
Business Act (15 U.S.C. 636

(a) ) pursuant to the PPP and Bank Fraud
Enforcement Harmonization Act of 2022 (Public Law 117-166).
