changed flight, and for other purposes.

Mr. Miller of Ohio introduced the following bill; which was referred to
the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure

A BILL

To direct the Secretary of Transportation to issue certain regulations
to reduce the threshold in the definition of significantly delayed or
changed flight, and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.

This Act may be cited as the ``Time is Money Act''.
SEC. 2.

Not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act,
the Secretary of Transportation shall issue such regulations as are
necessary to amend
section 260.
Regulations, to reduce the threshold for a significantly delayed or
changed flight from 3 hours to 2 hours for domestic itineraries and
from 6 hours to 5 hours for international itineraries.
