following bill; which was referred to the Committee on the Judiciary

A BILL

To increase penalties for child pornography.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.

This Act may be cited as the ``Holding Child Predators Accountable
Act''.
SEC. 2.

(a) Obscenity.--
Section 1466A of title 18, United States Code, is amended-- (1) in subsection (a) , by striking ``shall be subject to the penalties provided in
