To amend the Federal Water Pollution Control Act to ensure that the
total cost of application of technology that is commercially available
in the United States is considered with respect to certain guidelines
relating to effluent limitations, and for other purposes.

A BILL

To amend the Federal Water Pollution Control Act to ensure that the
total cost of application of technology that is commercially available
in the United States is considered with respect to certain guidelines
relating to effluent limitations, and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.

This Act may be cited as the ``Water Quality Technology
Availability Act''.
SEC. 2.
Section 304 (b) (1) (B) of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (33 U.
