A BILL
To amend the Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993 to eliminate the
applicability of such Act to the District of Columbia.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.
This Act may be cited as the ``District of Columbia Non-
Discrimination Home Rule Act of 2025''.
SEC. 2.
ACT TO THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA.
