IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES

June 9, 2025

Mr. Burchett introduced the following bill; which was referred to the
Committee on Foreign Affairs, and in addition to the Committees on
Armed Services, Intelligence (Permanent Select), and Energy and
Commerce, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in
each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the
jurisdiction of the committee concerned

A BILL

To codify Executive Order 14155 (relating to withdrawing the United
States from the World Health Organization).

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.

This Act may be cited as the ``EO 14155 Act of 2025''.
SEC. 2.
STATES FROM THE WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION.

Executive Order 14155 (XX Fed. Reg. XXXX; Withdrawing the United
States From the World Health Organization) shall have the force and
effect of law.
