Mr. Burchett introduced the following bill; which was referred to the
Committee on Education and Workforce

A BILL

To codify Executive Order 14282 (relating to transparency regarding
foreign influence at American universities).

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.

This Act may be cited as the ``EO 14282 Act of 2025''.
SEC. 2.

Executive Order 14282 (90 Fed. Reg. 17541; relating to transparency
regarding foreign influence at American universities) shall have the
force and effect of law.
