A BILL
To codify certain Executive orders relating to nuclear energy.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.
This Act may be cited as the ``Strengthening American Nuclear
Energy Act''.
SEC. 2.
The following Executive orders, signed on May 23, 2025, shall have
the force and effect of law:
(1) The Executive order entitled ``Reforming Nuclear
Reactor Testing at the Department of Energy''.
(2) The Executive order entitled ``Deploying Advanced
Nuclear Reactor Technologies for National Security''.
(3) The Executive order entitled ``Ordering the Reform of
the Nuclear Regulatory Commission''.
(4) The Executive order entitled ``Reinvigorating the
Nuclear Industrial Base''.
