Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.
This Act may be cited as the ``Joint Reserve Detachment
(JRD) Formalization Act''.
SEC. 2.
Section 1766

striking ``may establish'' and inserting ``shall establish and
maintain''.
